Lift your chin up.

I have this friend at school, who always looks at her feet when she walks. I see her from afar, head down walking really quickly. I have once asked her why she looks down so much. In which she replied, "I just have so much to think about and I have so much thoughts in my head". So I told her that she should quit over-thinking things. Look up when you walk, you'll see so many things you normally miss out on. Like the smiles on people, on some birds doing a dance, or even the blue sky and sunshine. She agreed, and tried to take in my advice. I guess it's just human nature to over-think, because she still looks down when she walks. And when I walk past her, I'll give her a shout and tell her to look up. She laughs and says okay. I don't think she is a depressed person, she is a very happy soul in fact. Probably the happiest one yet. It is these things you can't change. The mind just wants to think, wants to imagine probabilities, wants to expects all outcomes. But what is the surprise in that? None. Precisely. We are allowed to think, but maybe not to the extent or worrying one self. Just live life as it is and take in what life gives you. You don't know what's around the corner, so don't tell yourself you do. Live it as it is and you'll smile like you've never smiled before.

Take care readers!
